In the show, participants form teams and compete to earn as many points as possible through various games and challenges. Any contestant on the winning team at the end of the month stands a chance of winning €100,000, but only one person can ultimately claim the prize; this means they must eventually compete against one another. Participants on the lowest-performing team at the end of the month risk going home empty-handed. Consequently, two contestants are eliminated each month, while two new faces join the group.
