Phyllis explains to Summer that Kyle isn’t interested in her and she should let her crush go.  Sharon confronts Noah about hooking up with Adriana after the weeding. Noah fires back by saying people can change and brings up her relationship with Adam. The Newman’s scramble to disarm the gunman while a family member is rushed to the hospital. Later, Congressman Wheeler overhears Abby tell Kyle about the horrible incident at the ranch. Nick and Avery talk about the bouquet that she caught at the wedding and what it means for their future.

Phyllis tells Jack she backed out of their trip because she found Summer half naked in front of Kyle in his office. Jack offers to talk to Kyle but Phyllis thinks it's best if Summer interns for the Jabot fashion line with Neil. Neil has a heated conversation with Congressman Wheeler. Later, Wheeler is at the police station when he sees Bob brought it by Alex. Wheeler asks Paul to keep him updated on the progress of the case. Nikki and Victor return to the ranch for the first time since the shooting occurred. Tyler surprises Leslie when he says he is testifying for the prosecution in their father's case.

Jack and Victor decide to work together to bring down Wheeler. Once Wheeler shows up at the ranch house, they accuse him of sending the shooter to Victor and Nikki's wedding. Kevin pleas with Michael to rethink the separation with Lauren. Lauren shows up at the GCAC while Carmine is working behind the bar. Cane becomes worried with Katherine after she continuously shows severe forgetfulness at their lunch. Meanwhile, Chloe spots a box of expensive items marked as a donation to charity at Kay's mansion. Alex and Paul question Wheeler about his relationship with Victor.

Chloe urges Chelsea to tell Adam about their baby. Billy and Victoria continue to plan for their future baby. They run into Chloe at the hospital after their appointment with their fertility doctor. Billy asks Chloe if he can spend more time with Delia. Lily forces Tyler to face his true emotions about his father and his murder trial. Tyler opens up and reveals his real name to her. Cane learns that Katherine has diagnosed herself with Alzheimer's and urges her to go see a doctor and she agrees. Dylan is at a roadside bar when an unruly patron starts to harass the bartender. Nick surprises Avery with a romantic evening set up in her apartment.

Victor tells Nikki he has guards at the ranch and his own investigators working on figuring out who was behind the ambush on their wedding. Paul and Alex question Jack's relationship with Congressman Wheeler and his daughter Stephanie. Later, Jack and Victor decide they need to rethink their plan. Lily stops a fight between Cane and Tyler. Cane leaves to meet with Katherine. Katherine's doctor gives her a series of memory tests.

Later, Michael tells Kevin that Lauren is ready to give their marriage another shot. Jill accuses Adriana of stealing Katherine's box of items for charity.

Avery learns that Nick has given Dylan his bartending job back at The Underground. Later, Avery comes back to The Underground and finds a romantic evening set up. Meanwhile, Dylan runs into Sharon at the coffeehouse and lets her know he's going to be staying in Genoa City longer than he planned. Kyle tells Abby that Summer's crush on him will fade since she is now interning in the fashion division. Later, Summer sneaks into the Abbott mansion. Adam questions Victor's sincerity and wants to know what it will take to stop the war between them. Congressman Wheeler receives bad news from his lawyer. Later, he vows to take down Jack and Victor with him. Meanwhile, Leslie tells Tyler that their father will be released.

Summer succeeds at getting Kyle’s attention after she makes herself look older. Abby tells Summer she needs to let Kyle go since he is interested in someone else.  Sharon finds Avery’s engagement ring and questions Nick about his intentions. Later, Sharon tells Dylan about the proposal and he states that there may be hope for him and Avery. Chloe continues to try to convince Chelsea to pass her baby off as Dylan’s. Michael and Lauren try to spend an evening together for the first time in a while.

Michael suggests he and Lauren start marriage counseling. Lauren wants to get away from their problems and go on a vacation together. Later, Carmine shows up at Lauren and Michael's apartment unannounced. Paul becomes suspicious of Lauren and Carmine. Tyler has a hard time adjusting to Gus being out of prison. Victor and Adam agree to work together at Newman Enterprises. Victoria becomes jealous of their new-found relationship. Alex and Noah have a heated discussion about Adriana. Later, Noah and Tyler commiserate together over not being able to trust people.

Jack and Phyllis enjoy their vacation in Istanbul when Jack gets a surprise call from Congressman Wheeler. The case against Wheeler reaches a shocking climax. Nick speaks to Summer and Kyle on separate occasions and warns both of them to stay away from each other. Kyle tells Nick he will stay away from Summer but he should be aware that her new mature look with attract attention from other guys. Nick tells Avery he wants to have more kids with her. Later, Dylan tells Avery that she'll be an excellent mother. Katherine is shocked when she receives her test results. Tyler confides in Lily about all of his issues with Gus.

When Nick tells Noah that he and Avery are engaged, Noah questions the timing of the proposal. Meanwhile, Dylan questions why Avery hasn't told Nick about a secret from their past. Neil and Leslie's romantic evening is interrupted by Gus. Later, Leslie finds a box of Gus' personal items. Lily makes Tyler promise her that he'll never kiss her again, and that they are just friends. Meanwhile, Katherine tells Cane that aside from Lily, no one else can know about her tumor. Cane tries to convince Katherine to tell Murphy and Jill about her diagnosis. Chloe tries to convince Chelsea to convince her to find a guy she can pass off as her baby's father.

Sharon brings Adam home from the hospital and offers to move back in to help him through his recovery. Later, Sharon runs into Chelsea at the coffeehouse. Victor meets with Abby, Nick, Billy, and Victoria for dinner to discuss a birthday celebration for Nikki. Victor also announces that he plans on running Newman Enterprises with Adam and asks if his other children will return to the company. Chloe and Chelsea walk in on Alex questioning Kevin about the missing charity items from the Chancellor mansion. Kevin and Chloe accuse Adriana of stealing the missing items. Avery receives a shocking offer from Dylan.

Jack tells Phyllis that he won't let rain ruin their last day during their vacation in Istanbul. As they enjoy a romantic day together, Jack asks Phyllis to move in with him. Avery agrees to watch Faith while Nick goes to Nikki's birthday dinner. Avery struggles to entertain a cranky Faith while Nick is away. Adam questions Victoria's motives after she makes a shocking announcement at Nikki's birthday dinner. Michael comes home to a romantic setting that Lauren prepared. Billy shocks Victoria with the news that he bought On the Blvd. Victoria picks up on the awkwardness between Barry and Billy when they stop by the restaurant. Leslie rants to Tyler and Neil about Gus making her crazy at home. Leslie becomes fed up with Gus' efforts to make up for years of abandonment. Later, Gus grasps at his chest. Lily surprises herself when she finds herself becoming jealous of Tyler. Sharon drops by Newman Enterprises to clean out her desk. Adam tells her he went to see Chelsea and asks if she thinks he can fix things between them. After some prodding from Adam, Sharon reveals to him that Chelsea is pregnant. Nick and Avery make up after their argument about Dylan. They discuss their wedding plans as Avery realizes that she needs to tell Phyllis about their engagement.

Courtney gives Summer a fake ID, and they successfully sneak into The Underground. Tyler sees them and informs Mason that Summer is the new face of Jabot, and she needs to maintain a clean image. Later, Nick eventually catches Summer at the club. Avery confronts Dylan, and suggests he leaves town because he's affecting her relationship with Nick.

Jack and Phyllis welcome Summer to move into the Abbott mansion. Kyle assures them that there are no awkward feelings. Nick gets upset with Phyllis for not discussing the move with him. Later, Nick worries that Avery has feelings for Dylan and the question where they're headed. Dylan invites Avery to move to Chicago with him. Meanwhile, Chelsea admits to Chloe that she can't keep lying to Dylan. Lily tells Devon that Katherine's tumor was benign. Jill finds out that Katherine has asked Cane to take over Chancellor Industries. Kyle walks in during Summer's photo shoot with Mason. Summer turns up the sex appeal during the shoot in order to get Kyle to notice her.

Chloe and Kevin try to enjoy a spontaneous lunch date. Later, they agree that their marriage is in a rut. While telling Paul that he moved out to save his marriage, Michael is informed that Fen hasn't been to school in two days. Michael goes home and finds the deck of cards and the note that Carmine gave to Lauren. Lauren and Carmine enjoy some time away in Lake Geneva. Lauren eventually takes off, leaving an apology not for Carmine. Gus is well enough to leave the hospital, but he still won't discuss Rose with Leslie. Later, Leslie opens one of his letters and suspects that Gus had an affair with Rose. Jill continues to protest Katherine's decision of putting Cane in charge of Chancellor Industries.

Detective Sheryl Gordon helps Neil as he looks around his apartment after the robbery. Neil is shocked when he discovers his flashdrive was stolen. Michael questions Lauren about the deck of cards he found, but they're discussion is cut off by Paul calling to tell him about Fen being arrested. Paul asks Carmine what exactly is going on between him and Lauren. Paul warns Carmine to not cross any lines. When Victor addresses the issue of Adam possibly being the father of Chelsea's baby, Adam quickly shoots the idea down. Billy confronts Carmine about lying and calling into work sick.

Avery turns down Dylan's request to come meet up with him. Feeling conflicted; she begins to write an important letter to Nick. Summer tells Nick that he needs to let her grow up and make her own choices. Nick informs Jack and Phyllis that Kyle is not someone he wants Summer hanging around with. In order to keep his job, Carmine offers to play a game of cards with Billy. Cane brings Katherine home from the hospital.

While Victoria is upstairs, Billy accidentally leaves a poker chip on the floor. Victor stops by to inform Victoria that Jabot is back in Jack's hands. Victoria tells Victor that she wants Adam out of Newman Enterprises. Later, Adam tells Victor that they should make Newman a private family company again. Paul questions Lauren about Carmine and tells her to fight for her marriage. Michael tells Kevin that he thinks Lauren has crossed a line she can't come back from. Meanwhile, Carmine gets upset when Lauren won't call him back. Chelsea is furious that Adam keeps bringing up the baby the lost. After he stops by for a house call, Nikki invites Dr. Costner to stay for dinner.

Dylan admits to Chelsea that he and Avery were once involved. Chelsea gives him the chance to walk away if he still wants to be with Avery. When Victor questions Abby about Victoria's intentions with Newman, Abby refuses to take sides. Later, Victoria asks Nick and Abby to help her buy enough Newman stock to kick Adam out of the company. Later, Victoria hires a P.I. to uncover dirt on Adam. She wants to know what he was going to reveal about Victor before he was shot. Leslie asks Gus to tell her who Rose was. Tyler helps Gus as he struggles to breathe and they call the EMT's for help. Avery tells Nick that she wishes they could pretend that Dylan never came into town. They go to dinner and try to enjoy a night out.

Jack plans a romantic evening for Phyllis. Later, when Phyllis returns from her meeting, she's floored to see Traci. Traci informs them that she plans on staying in Genoa City indefinitely. Carmine shows up at Lauren's and tells her he doesn't want things to stop between them. Lauren tells him that she wants her life and family back. Lily and Cane struggle to make time for each other in the midst of their heavy work schedules. Leslie and Tyler struggle with Gus' death. Tyler confesses that he worried that one way or another that he would lose his father again. While planning Gus's funeral, Leslie thinks about inviting Rose. When Fen tries to spend time with Summer, she tries to leave and he questions if she's meeting up with Kyle. Later at the gym, Fen confronts Kyle.

When Michael confronts Lauren, she asks if he could blame her if she was having an affair. After a heated discussion, Michael goes out for a drink and sees Carmine tending bar. Chelsea tells Chloe that she's going to come clean to Dylan, and tell him that he's not the baby's father. Dylan shows Chelsea the drawing of the cradle he wants to make for the baby. Sparks begin to fly between them, and they share an intense kiss. Kevin and Chloe try to agree that their stealing has to stop. Nick tells Avery that he wants things to be the way they were before Dylan came to town. Sharon shows up to Adam's in a sexy maids outfit and they passionately kiss. When she leaves, Adam calls Victor to tell him that he found the money to buy out the public investors.

Avery finds Dylan at the bar, and gives him back his dog tags. Nick is floored when he sees them there together. Phyllis overhears Traci tell Jack her concerns about their relationship. Phyllis uses work as an excuse to get out of their dinner plans. At On The Blvd, a suspicious Michael questions Carmine. Later, Michael puts the pieces together and goes home to confront Lauren. Leslie and Neil visit the police station to get updates on the burglary in Neil's apartment. Fen tells Lauren that he loves Summer but knows that she doesn't feel the same way. Lauren tells him to not give up on her. Meanwhile, Summer asks Kyle to take her to the senior prom.

Nick and Avery promise never to be apart again. Later, Jack tells Nick to stop blaming Kyle for Summer's behavior. Later, Phyllis Summer to forget about Kyle. Fen asks Summer to the prom, but she turns him down. Summer determines to get Kyle to go to the prom with her. Paul and Alex review the details about the break-in at Neil's. Later, Alex arrests Chloe after he finds her with a lock box full of jewelry at Crimson Lights. Kevin insists that Chloe is innocent. Lauren tells Carmine she'll do anything she can to get Michael back. Michael remains uncertain if he can forgive Lauren.

Dylan shows Chelsea a sketch of a warehouse he plans to live in and turn into a nursery for their baby. Victoria and Billy discuss their plans to have another child. Later, Victoria arranges to meet up with her P.I. to see if he's dug up any dirt on Adam. Victor questions where Adam is getting the money to buy back Newman Enterprises. Meanwhile, Billy joins an old friend for a poker game. Michael makes arrangements for Chloe's court hearing. Kevin decides that he has to confess in order to help Chloe. Tyler tells Leslie that he's not planning to go to his father's funeral in Milwaukee. Later, Tyler visits his mother's grave and breaks down.

Someone watches Lily, Cane, Tyler, Leslie, and Neil after Gus' funeral. Leslie remains determined to learn about Rose. Phyllis makes a strong effort to get along with Traci, but struggles as she watches the Abbott family bond. Avery tells Phyllis that she is taking things slow with Nick. Adam and Victor are at an impasse when it comes to trust. As Victor leaves, Sharon shows up, and Adam passionately kisses her. While playing poker at the GCAC, Billy gets a call from Victoria. He says he'll be home in time for their special night, but an emergency at the restaurant is going to delay him. When he gets home, Victoria questions Billy.

Michael cuts a work release deal for Kevin. Chloe wants to know how Kevin will make things up to her, and tells him that saying sorry won't cut it. Nick assures Avery that things are alright with them and that he's been distracted about Summer. Meanwhile, Courtney tells Summer to invite Fen to prom so that Nick won't suspect that she is planning something with Kyle. Victor tells Adam to cut Sharon out of his life. Meanwhile, Chelsea determines that Dylan is the father of her child and that no one will ever know the truth.

Phyllis tells Jack that they moved in together too quickly, and that she needs to move back into her place. When Fen comes by to pick Summer up for prom, she informs him that they're not going and that they have other plans. A fortune teller reveals to Kyle that love will find its way to him. Kyle receives an important text from Summer saying she's in trouble. Michael tells Kevin that Carmine in sleeping with Lauren. Kevin kicks Carmine out of Crimson Lights. On his way out, Carmine runs into Lauren.

When Phyllis arrives at the penthouse, she's stunned to see Fen and Kyle fighting at Summer's party. Nick, Michael, and Lauren all come by to pick up their kids. Kyle tells Nick that he needs to ease up on Summer. Later, Phyllis tries to get Nick to give Summer some breathing room. When she leaves, Nick makes an important phone call. Jack gets upset that Traci feels the need to protect him from Phyllis. Abby figures out that it was Michael that tried to choke Carmine. Abby relays this information to Alex, while Paul overhears. Sharon tells Dr. Watkins that she feels lost and lonely after having trusted Adam.

Summer invites Kyle to her photo shoot. Chelsea brings Dylan a tool box as a housewarming gift. Later, Dylan invites Chelsea to a carnival and they end up talking with a fortune teller. Avery tells Adam that he's crossing the line when he asks about her broken engagement to Nick and her feelings about Dylan. Later, Adam thinks back about the last time he was with Chelsea and questions the timing of her pregnancy. After they have an important meeting, Jill tells Cane that he's too nice to be CEO.

Adam makes an important call to Chelsea's doctor. Meanwhile, Dylan reminds Chelsea that he'll always love their baby. Later, Dylan confronts Adam. Leslie tells Tyler he has to stop focusing on Lily. Later, another one of Neil's journal entries goes up online. Kevin hacks into the website and finds out where the IP address is coming from. Victoria tells Victor that their family will never be united while Adam is still involved. Victoria soon realizes her father doesn't trust Adam any more than she does. Meanwhile, Adam wants Billy to convince Victoria to concentrate on having a baby. Chloe is frustrated at all the past due bills for Crimson Lights. She considers selling the shop.

When Jack asks Billy to take Traci off his hands, Billy says that he can't and that is focused on having another child with Victoria. While Victoria gets stuck meeting with Victor and Adam, Billy decides to meet up with an old friend for a game of cards. Victor tells Adam that he's sure that Victoria and him can find some common ground. When Phyllis returns to the penthouse, she is told that her water and power will be out for weeks. Jack visits and asks Phyllis about when she'll move back in with him. Lauren ignores a text from Carmine as she tells Michael that she can't believe how she screwed things up between them. Later, Fen comes home and shocks Michael and Lauren.

Michael and Lauren question who attacked Fen. Later, Michael confronts Carmine. Billy’s plan backfires, as Adam says Billy must have really screwed up if he was willing to use gambling as an excuse. Chelsea arrives at Dylan’s and notices a freshly painted wall this is slightly obscured by a sheet. Dylan distracts her and says she can see what it is after dinner. After dinner, Dylan pulls down the sheet to reveals a surprise for Chelsea. Leslie and Neil inform Avery that Gus left half of his estate to his children and the other half to Rose Turner. Leslie finds a photo of Rose in Gus’s safe deposit box. Leslie thinks Neil should respond to the blogger with a mention of Rose. Lauren and Michael’s date is interrupted by the waiter bringing over a bottle of Champagne. Michael believes that Carmine ordered the bottle.

Avery overhears, and wonders why Sharon is making herself so available to Nick. Kevin confronts Billy and asks if he’s sleeping with Chloe. Meanwhile, Chloe enjoys telling Adam that Chelsea is engaged to Dylan. Anita disapproves of Chelsea’s engagement to Dylan. Billy leaves Victoria a heartfelt message asking her to let him come home. Tyler tells Leslie that Neil fired him. Neil and Tyler plead their side to Leslie, who ultimately agrees that Neil did the right thing. Leslie tells them that Rose died six years ago of a stroke. Neil receives another notice on his phone from the blogger. Chloe tries to cheer up Delia, but the only thing that puts a smile on her face is Kevin coming through the door. After Kevin leaves, Chloe realizes that Delia’s has a high fever. Chloe frantically calls Billy and leaves him a message. Billy comforts her and says everything will be fine with Delia. Billy surprises Delia with an impromptu 4th of July celebration. Nikki tells Billy that she doesn’t want to see her daughter hurt because of him. Billy begs Nikki to ask Victoria to give him one more chance. Victor tells Billy that he is and an addict, and that’s all he’ll ever be. Nikki blasts Victor for being so harsh about addiction. Michael tears up the divorce papers, and leads Lauren into the bedroom. Fen comes to see Carmine with the hopes of scoring some drugs. Carmine turns Fen down and calls Lauren to warn her, but she hits the ‘ignore’ button on her phone. Carmine finds Fen passed out in the alley with a bag of white powder next to him. Kyle admits to Abby that he shouldn’t have ended things with Summer, but doesn’t think calling her is a good idea. Abby thinks Kyle should tell Jack about the kiss he shared with Phyllis. When Jack overhears Kyle arguing with Abby. Kyle is forced to come clean about the kiss. Courtney tells Kyle that Summer will come home if he tells her that he’s sorry. Courtney calls Summer to let her know that her parents are in Chicago looking for her. Phyllis and Nick look for Summer at a modeling agency in Chicago. Summer sends Phyllis and Nick a text informing them that she is heading back to Genoa City. Phyllis goes home and tells Jack that she needs to tell him something. Later, Nick finds Summer.

Chelsea is surprised to learn that Anita and Jeff are coming over to have dinner with her and Dylan. Anita is shocked at where Chelsea and Dylan live. Dylan hopes that Anita and Jeff can be happy for them. Later, Dylan brings up the connection between Chelsea and her mother. Meanwhile, Jeff wants the truth out of Anita about whose baby Chelsea is carrying. When Michael and Lauren rush to Fen’s hospital room, Michael accuses Carmine of giving Fen the drugs. Carmine says he saved Fen’s life. The doctor informs them that Fen’s condition is critical, and that they should talk to him, because familiar voices are helpful. Michael asks Fen how this happened. Phyllis comes clean and tells Jack that she kissed Kyle to break him and Summer apart because Summer is Jack’s daughter. When Jack blasts Phyllis for keeping this from him, she tells him she didn’t know until Nick told her. Meanwhile, Summer accuses Nick of lying in order to keep her away from Kyle. Later, Michael asks if Fen is sure Carmine gave him the drugs. Victor questions Adam about his love life. Later, Adam warns Melanie not to underestimate Victor. Victor gets Melanie to admit that she has been working with Adam. When Melanie offers to continue to work for Adam, he tells her that she failed at her task and is of no use to him. While Nick prepares a romantic evening to welcome Avery back home, Sharon calls him to say that Faith wants to see him. When Cane goes home and finds Devon and Lily talking about the blogger, Devon assures Cane that Hilary is painting him to be the bad guy. Esther informs them that the necklace was from Katherine’s first husband, Gary. Jack tells Summer that her going to Georgia for a while to see Phyllis is a good idea. Adam makes an important call to his mystery investor. Dylan inspects the bookcase that Billy made and jokingly says that he should start over. Billy takes pride in the work that he completed with Delia. Chelsea is confident that helping Adam get the rape charges dropped was a good idea and that he’ll still keep his distance and stay out of her life. Later, Chelsea and Dylan take Connor in for his check-up. The doctor informs them that Connor is likely to develop Retinitis Pigmentosa and could eventually go blind. Billy eventually opens up to Ashley about the nightmare he’s been going through since Delia died. Tyler admits to Leslie that he is serious about Abby even though it wasn’t what they planned. Neil comes to see Leslie and she tells him she has an idea on how to get through to Hilary. Meanwhile, Mason tells Hilary that they should leave town. Hilary lashes out at Mason and he leaves her alone. Later, Leslie visits Hilary with important information.

Billy says that this is what he does every day because it’s all he has left, so how can Alex tell him that he can’t want the same fate for the person that killed his daughter. Meanwhile, Noah confides in Abby and says that he doesn’t have a problem being challenged by Victor and that working with Kyle is the real issue. Sharon and Chloe prep a shoot with Summer and another model, Esmerelda.  Nick arrives and takes in the sight of how grown up Summer is.  Nick and Sharon console Chloe and try to offer support from their own experience with losing Cassie. Adam surprises Chelsea with a Christmas tree and tells her that he will make up for last year and make sure Connor’s first Christmas is great.   Paul tells Christine that it’s only a matter of time before one of the Baldwin’s goes to prison for killing Carmine.  Paul tells Christine that whoever shot Carmine probably did it in self-defense, but there is no way of knowing for sure.  Meanwhile, Fen tells Michael and Lauren that he needs to disappear.  Michael asks Fen to promise him that he will stay in Genoa City.  Later, Lauren tells Michael that they should consider going on the run since Fen’s sobriety chip is missing and if it turns up it could lead the police to think that he was the person who killed Carmine.

She is touched by his gesture and points out that he loves Johnny as family even though he is not biologically his grandson.
