It contains a full live concert filmed at Brighton Dome in August 2004, featuring backstage footage and extras. A live concert filmed at London's O2 Arena as part of the Scissor Sisters' "Kiss You Off" tour on 27 July 2007 and released on DVD that November. Drummer Paddy Boom was not present for the shows filmed for the concert footage due to the death of his mother. New York City drummer Randy Schrager (billed as "Randy Real") performed in his place.
