He alludes to the rain falling on Cuba, an allusion illustrated by images of farmers working in the fields. He lists the successes achieved by Cuban athletes at the Pre-Olympic Games in Mexico City. Castro announces the creation of a newspaper for young people to be titled “Juvendud rebelde”. He affirms the essential role of youth on the path to communism.
