Using his internal "city of memory," he sets out to solve the neighborhood's many "untouched cases"—minor or overlooked incidents that standard detectives leave behind. Joined by aspiring detective Saki Toyama and elite career officer Keitaro Jin, the duo serve as Onizuka’s eyes and legs on the street. Together, the trio navigates internal police politics and the local secrets to bring justice to the forgotten victims of Shinjuku.
