With suspiscions on the building's caretaker, Mr. 'Sansouci', Justine hears him saying eerie things on the phone and knows it is no coincidence. Soleil breaks up with Greg but for the first time in years, he doesn't feel anything.

Theo decides to help Vicky with a psychology homework as they meet a ghost named Bruno who haunts a barbecue Greg brought to the appartment. Bruno wants to take revenge on Sandrine, the owner of the building as he blames her for killing him.

Theo starts to feel weird after he gets something called a 'spirit dream'. But ghosts aren't supposed to dream at all. Vicky hears that Sandrine wants to sell the appartment building to a man named 'Anatole Gertain'.
