A massive traffic jam upends the plans of thousands of people. Elsewhere, two young people about to get married are riding in separate taxis with drivers who each have their own unusual theories about love.

Federico's predicament, still stranded atop the crane, becomes even more complicated. Meanwhile, two painters lose a job because of the delay and set out to get revenge on whoever caused them harm.
