Hi everyone. Normally my music does my talking for me, but I wanted to come out from behind the guitar to say thank you for all your supportive messages. I have been learning a lot about social anxiety over the past few days. About what it is and how to manage it. And I’m going to start getting professional help. But...I’m really proud of myself for taking that first step out the door.
