Lena and Felix don’t see eye to eye about the baby. But the question is, what do they do when one of them wants the baby and the other doesn’t? Felix doesn’t understand why Lena isn’t ecstatic. After all, plans can change. But Lena is adamant about not having another child, and that seems to be non-negotiable. When Felix’s friend Max drops by, he shares news that makes the situation even more difficult for Felix.

Lena faces her first hurdle. When she returns home, Felix is gone, leaving nothing but a note. Although her sister Tina is there for her, Lena increasingly realizes that this burden is hers alone to bear. Tina, a medical student, is eager to provide her sister with the best medical knowledge she can, but she takes it a bit too far.
