The first episode features an exceptional exclusive: joining us from The Hague is Navanethem "Navi" Pillay, a South African jurist, former United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and recipient of the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize. Also kicking off the season is an international pop icon—Rick Astley—who performs "Never Gonna Give You Up" alongside Geppi during the show. The return to the airwaves is a celebration of "Rai 3 pride," hinted at as early as the opening theme, which is a reimagining of "Chissà se va" retitled "Chissà se c'è Raitre." Joining the celebration in the studio are Carlo Lucarelli, Massimo Gramellini, presenter Alessandro Greco, and Roberta Petrelluzzi—the long-time face of "Un giorno in pretura"—with writer and journalist Edoardo Camurri appearing at the "Lampada di Splendida Cornice." Additionally, Nicolas Ballario joins the broadcast from the Château d'Amboise in France.
