Hiu-tung (Veronica Yip) is a naïve young wife who is forced to raise her child alone after her gangster husband skips town for Taiwan. Her next-door neighbor is Ching-man (Tony Leung Kar-fai), a cop still coming to terms with his partner's sudden, inexplicable suicide. He soon discovers the dying Yap in his car, and with her last breath she conceals the map on one of his posters. As the police close in, Terry falls for Inspector Nina, convinced that she shares his feelings, while spy chief Mak and his incompetent assassins continue their frantic pursuit of the missing map.

Made up of four short stories. One, a lonely hooker can't stop crying whenever she has sex with her clients. She approaches a shrink and ends up stalking him. Two, a long suffering wife and the mistress of her husband bonds. Three, a weird tale of a lesbian avenging her comatose twin sister by killing her unfaithful boyfriend. And lastly, a woman one day suddenly decides that she had enough of her failing marriage and desperately seeks a reinvention of her life.

An experimental film directed by Jan Lam. It is reminiscent of Wong Kar-wai films like Fallen Angels and has an homage to Edward Yang's The Terrorizers.

Meanwhile, silly thief Donald Ng uses ninjitsu to fool the locals while a womanizing tour guide gets stalked by not one, but two pretty women. And Buddy Cheung is a lowly mechanic at the hotel who lusts after gorgeous executive Sunflower. But his tomboy co-worker Boy George secretly pines for him.
