Jack Carlisle is a disillusioned 13-year old boy. His mother is always away at work since his father left. He decides to run away, as his mom won't miss him. As Jack reads the book, he is sucked into the world and goes on numerous adventures with Prince Morgan, while fleeing the evil Blackbeard the Pirate. He is even saved by Lily, a beautiful mermaid, whom he falls in love with.

An attempted burglary of a strip club goes awry when one of the three burglars kills a man who draws a gun. This results in the trio taking the dancers and the customers hostage. Why the robbers don't go ahead and escape when the shooting occurs is beyond the viewer. Then all the hostages escape and hide in the club's refrigerator which sort of indicates the intelligence of the stick-up men. Unfortunately, the cops outside are no more intelligent as they stand around outside wondering what to do as one of the strippers who was released crawls back into an extremely large venting system for a small club and rescues the hostages with the help of an ex-cop held inside the club.

Valley girl, Crystal, is back in another superheated frolic through those "Hollywood Hot Tubs." This time Crystal is trying to keep their uninhibited hot tub business afloat, while her mother is about to marry a conman who's posing as an Arab prince. Meanwhile, their watertight handyman, who just happens to be a retired legendary guitarist, is being seduced back into the spotlight. The fun and clothing are set loose in this rock 'n' roll splash that'll leave you steaming.
