Fats Bookholane (4 Jan 1934 - 12 Oct 2012) was a South African actor best known for his role as "Baba D" Dlamini in the SABC1 drama series Soul City, from 1999-2001. He was also known for his starring role in the 1999 feature film Chikin Biznis and for starring in a series of commercials for Castrol. Other films he acted in include The Wild Geese (1978) and Mr. Bones (2001). He also acted in one of the Heartlines films, which aired as a seris on television. Bookholane died on 12 October, 2012, after a long illness. He was 78.
