After his six-year-old daughter is abducted, a desperate father takes justice into his own hands when he loses faith in the detective leading the investigation, setting both men on a collision course as the search descends into obsession and moral compromise.

Henri “Papillon” Charrière, a safecracker from the Parisian underworld, is wrongfully convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment in the penal colony of French Guiana, where he forges a strong friendship with Louis Dega, a counterfeiter who needs his protection.

When his brother-in-law runs afoul of a drug lord, family man Chris Farraday turns to a skill he abandoned long ago—smuggling—to repay the debt. But the job goes wrong, and Farraday finds himself wanted by cops, crooks and killers alike.

A newly divorced father and former all-pro football player trying to ease into retirement discovers a house buried in his backyard. As things begin to go awry, the hits he took on the field start to make him unsure of what is real and imagined.

An animated feature film set in the universe of Hideo Kojima's award-winning video game, Death Stranding, telling an original story.
