The first of 14 Olsen Gang films presents us with Egon Olsen, head of the gang, and his friends Benny and Kjeld, who want to become the best known gang in Denmark and eventually Europe by stealing a famous Bavarian work of art currently displayed in a Copenhagen museum. Although Egon's plan works out fine, there is only trouble ahead for the little gang.

The entire population of Bomø has gathered for the big day. Finally, after 56 years, the bridge connecting Bomø to the mainland has been completed. With the parish council chairman at the helm and the minister cutting the ribbon to make it official, everything should be in perfect order. However, the county governor is absent, as he has a financial dispute with the ferrymen, brothers Søren and Peter Severinsen.

This festive comedy has a theme song that was incredibly popular in its day – but which is missing a verse! The penultimate verse ends as follows: "...there were 39 sailors and one girl, and that's why the censors deleted the last verse." In 1965, it was new and very daring for a girl to go to sea in the merchant navy. But fortunately, Peer Guldbrandsen and director Annelise Reenberg saw that girls also had a future at sea when they wrote the film's screenplay based on Else Boyes' best-selling novel. The moral frown is replaced by a big smile when the pretty radio operator, Else, boards the M/S Warrigal, owned by the magnificent shipowner, Wilhelmine Jacobsen. The trip from Brønshøj to Bangkok – and back – becomes as festive as an archetypal Danish male society can manage when a pretty girl destroys their age-old traditions.

Being yourself – and above all your own master – that is what the film is about. After a short stay at a girls' home, Annie returns to society and has to adapt once again. It isn't long before Annie gets involved in a deadly fight and is even taken to the police station and brought before the court. Fortunately, one of the jurors takes an interest in her and offers to take care of her and give her a home. However, Annie cannot stand this home and runs away.

Det Støver Stadig (It's Still Dusting) is the second film in the popular "Dust series" (Støv På Hjernen, Støv For Alle Pengene). A Chinese diplomat is kidnapped from a conference in Genève and the world peace is at risk. The trail leads to a hiding place in Denmark and the Danish secret service brings in their best agent, agent Smith, who has been in a psychiatric hospital since his last assignment. To accompany Smith they once again turn to novelty and party tricks salesman Frede Hansen, because they need an unrecognizable man to infiltrate the crime syndicate behind the kidnapping.

Rikki was devorced recently, and now find herself paying the bills on her own. And life is not cheap, especially when you have a young child to care for. To make ends meet, Rikki begins to frequent a bar where she can work as a prostitute.

Ras, who has become a lieutenant in the Ranger Corps, visits his old barracks one day, where he meets all his former fellow recruits. They have just returned from an exercise, where, as usual, they have teased the sergeant major. The beginning of the 20th century. The main character is the young, charming Count Pierre de Sauterne. There have been several conflicts between him and his aristocratic uncle, who, due to his fanatical interest in cars, is called Tøf-Tøf. The authoritative older gentleman also has a pronounced weakness for the female sex, and it irritates him that his nephew far surpasses him in this regard. Uncle Tøf-Tøf decides that Pierre must spend his summer vacation in a secluded family villa on the North Sea coast as punishment, but not long into his stay, two charming girls seek shelter from a thunderstorm.

At the Gästhaus "Den Hvide Hest" in the Austrian Alps, romantic entanglements are in full swing. Waiter Leopold is in love with landlady Josepha, who has her eye on charming manufacturer Sigismund, who in turn hits on all women almost as a matter of principle. Klara and Lene also join the battle for the popular manufacturer, while waiter apprentice Mickey would rather just have a goat.

At a convent school for young girls, no one must know that the organist Celestin is the same person as the operetta composer Floridor. But in the long run, it cannot be hidden. Mogens Wieth is a songwriter who lives beyond his means. He is expecting to inherit a fortune from his Aunt Tut in Paris, who is old and filthy rich. He has been corresponding with her for many years. In reality, Aunt Tut is dead, and it is her daughter who writes the letters. A young singer who wants to ingratiate himself with the songwriter claims that he knows the aunt and that she is coming to Copenhagen. He has persuaded an older actress to play the role of Aunt Tut. Unfortunately, the aunt's charming daughter also arrives in Copenhagen at the same time, setting the stage for costly episodes and amusing complications...

Outside the large hotel, there is a lot of activity. It is teeming with foreigners, buses arrive and depart, and indoors the air is filled with foreign languages. But if you look more closely, you will discover that the doorman, hotel porter, waitresses, and waiters are not "real" hotel staff at all, but just students who take on extra jobs in the summer to earn money for their studies and who live in the "hotel" themselves in the winter, which is actually a student dormitory called "Egmont."

Musical interests vary widely in the affluent neighborhood of Hellerup. At the Schmidt wine merchant's, son Peter has only one interest: jazz. At the Supreme Court lawyer's house next door, Mozart is on the program. But his daughters like both jazz and Peter! Even though their fathers are suing each other, the two young people still find each other. And Louis helps when he plays "The Formula for Love."

Hans Høj is the director of Music-Boxen. He also has an uncle, Uncle Bill. Uncle Bill is the super-duper CEO of the Music-Boxen group, which is based in New York, and Hans is the director of the Danish branch because Hans is Bill's nephew. That's right! Crime writer Rodian moves into a hotel which used to be the hideout for the thief Mathisen and his gang. However, when Rodian has gone to bed and fallen asleep, Mathisen reads the writer's manuscripts and copies the fictional crimes. This gets Rodian in trouble...

What would you do if you found 20,000 Danish kroner? Just like that? In a woman's purse? And what if no one was looking for it? In other words, if you had the chance to pocket 20,000 Danish kroner, tax-free? Wouldn't you be tempted? The main character in this film is tempted. He is a taxi driver and has a happy family life, but he is struggling financially.

In the charming old Copenhagen neighborhood of Nyboder lives a group of quirky and distinctive characters. Among them is Albertine, who one day is visited by her young niece Ditte, who has run away from a strict upbringing at home. She has fallen in love with her dance teacher Johny, who, however, is not very keen on surrendering to the young woman's charms. Fortunately, circumstances bring the two closer together.

The stubborn and reclusive Kresten Flint lives alone on "Flintegården" with his daughter, Else, who is kind-hearted but not quite normal. One day, the young farmer Jesper Poulsen arrives to propose to Else. His girlfriend has let him down, so he comes with honest intentions—to be good to Else and get the farm back on its feet. Else gives birth to twins, two boys, Viggo and Martin, but she dies in childbirth, leaving Jesper alone with his two boys. Viggo and Martin grow up to be two handsome men who are also inseparable friends—until they fall in love with the same girl...

In Fjordby, preparations are underway for a big celebration—the town's 500th anniversary, with music and dancing. The festive Mrs. Ingeborg, who earns her living playing the organ in church and at dances when the young people want to party, is constantly short of money. A fresh faced country boy comes to Copenhagen looking for a job and falls in with a group of hoodlums who use him as bait to lure older gay men they can rob and blackmail.

At the Central Theatre in the chorus girls' cloakroom, the girls have a very lively discussion: The ever-recurring topic - their various male acquaintances. The only one who doesn't join in the joke is the pretty Mette Madsen. She thinks her friends are frivolous and stupid. Oda Holm, who is a very pretty girl, full of sex appeal, claims that Mette, who is also an excellent chairwoman of the chorus girls' organization, is completely devoid of "Oomph". She is incapable of exerting any attraction on men. It becomes too much for Mette.

The story is about a student named Peder Pedersen, who has tried to pass his law degree exam the max number of times without success. He hasn't been able to make anything concrete out of his 7-year engagement to a young lady either, because he's way too into anything detective-related. In all other areas, he is extremely distracted.
