When peasant Georgy Makharashvili hears that his soldier son is lying wounded in a hospital, he sets out to visit him. However, unknown to him, his son has been sent back to the front. Reluctant to return home and in a vain attempt to locate his boy, Georgy joins the Red Army in it's unrelenting push to the west.

The class teacher invited fathers about whom the children wrote essays to a parent meeting. This is how everyone found out what their son or daughter thought about him. This gave rise to an interesting and serious conversation.

Episode 1. A small child falls into the jungle in the wolf family. He liked the mother wolf Raksha, which gave him the tiger Sher Khan. The wolves raised a human baby named Mowgli. But life in a wolf pack is subject to the law of the jungle. The Council of the pack should decide whether Mowgli live among the beasts or eaten by Shere Khan.

Episode 5. Mowgli stood the leader of the wolf pack. It's time to settle with the main enemy of Mowgli tiger Shere Khan. In addition, the jungle comes the time of renewal, blossom and love. Mowgli feels vaguely disturbing. It's time to leave the jungle and return back to the people.

Driver Mikhail meets Sofia, a distinguished collective farm worker who has come to Moscow. He helps her buy a car and agrees to deliver it to her collective farm. He is a widower, and she has separated from her husband. At Sofia's request, he agrees to take her, her daughter, and son-in-law back home. Mikhail develops deep feelings for Sofia, but her daughter is against it.

Episode 3. Mowgli has grown and in order that he might take his place in the pack he needed to arm themselves. Kaa helped Mowgli find the Iron Tooth in the abandoned cave. It happened just in time because the old enemy tiger Shere Khan raised havoc in the pack was going to overthrow Akela leader of the wolf.

Civil engineer Kidin, a creative soul, fights for a revision of the prefab housing plant project. Can a person truly be happy if they pursue only a narrowly defined personal happiness?

Young Mitya, comparing his father's home photo with the picture in the newspaper, realized that he had to go to the Arctic coast to finally meet his father. But the wait for the meeting turns out to be long, because the young man himself is not ready for this, and then, having personally learned about life at the polar reserve airfield, he is no longer so irreconcilable and does not attach such crucial importance to the meeting with his father.
