Pre-Christmas fun with surprises, music and sketch comedy for the whole family by and with Otto Waalkes.

In his dreams Sammy is a rock star. But in reality he works and cleans in his brother Momo's hammam. Suddenly, a music label gives him the chance to become famous in a casting show. On one condition: The solo musician must form a band. So Sammy, his sister Jessi, the old temporary masseur Wolle and fat Mahmut quickly become the group "Hamam Hardrock". The audience celebrates the original newcomers but label boss Thomaschewsky wants to prevent the multicultural rockers' triumphant advance by any means necessary.

The East Frisian has been on stage for an incredible 50 years, delighting audiences with his anarchic, silly humor. Many Otto sketches, songs, rhymes and sounds have long been part of the collective memory, have become cultural assets and are quoted by heart by adults and children alike. At this big comedy get-together, the stars of the scene pay tribute to Otto and his timeless classics. The comedy party pulls out all the stops: the most popular sketches are reinterpreted on stage, films show the highlights from 50 years, and of course there is also lots of music. Bully Herbig, Bülent Ceylan, Jürgen von der Lippe, Ralf Schmitz, Sascha Grammel, Max Giermann and Cosma Shiva Hagen are among those taking part. The Friesenjungs, the Spider Murphy Gang, Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung, Wolfgang Ambros and Ingrid Thurnher will provide plenty of music.

Wolle and Horse want to help the girl Emma and her grandpa. Verena Winkel from the youth welfare office wants Emma to live in a children's home instead of with her grandpa. Of course, this must be prevented! Wolle builds a time machine with which Emma, Horse and he undertake three adventurous journeys into the past: to the Vikings, to the early 19th century and to the Lapuna Indians.
