This entry of Universal's Sporting Youth series goes to the racetrack. The father of Cudgie (Sumner Getchell) has a horse entered in the Big Steeplechase. Judy (Ann Christy, Cudgie's girlfriend, learns that the jockey has taken a bride to throw the race, so she replaces him and wins the stock-footage race from a Universal feature film.

After World War I, widower Renier has returned to his estate Horlebecq. His sole diversion is his correspondence with the Parisian Rolande, who he met during the war. Even though his family is pressuring him into marrying his sister-in-law Emily, Renier stays obsessed with Rolande and even visits her in Paris. She manages to persuade him to invest large sums of money into the "Academie de Beauté" in Paris. His reckless investments and breaking off his engagement with Emily leads to unbearable tensions at Horlebecq...

The sign over the door at the fraternity has been moved, to fool her, to a building where, unknown to the frat boys, a notorious criminal is hiding.

Johnny Harron is watching the Hollywood fire department football team playing a game and decides that he can round up some Hollywood actors that could beat the firemen. Since Johnny Mack Brown is about the only person in the film that even looks like he could play football other than Johnny and stuntman Joe Bonomo, it’s doubtful that the team Harron put together could even beat the Our Gang football team! Judith Endicott, the daughter of a wealthy eastern banker, vamps Philip Randolph, an Arizonan, when he comes east to talk business with her father. Philip proposes and discovers that Judith has only been kidding him along. He returns angrily to Arizona, and the elder Endicott, accompanied by his daughter, follows him west. With her father's permission, Richard "kidnaps" Judith and takes her to a deserted Indian cliff dwelling, where she must cook and care for him. Bert Durland, Judith's fiancé, follows after her, and his Indian guide steals all of the horses. Judith and Bert and Philip start back to civilization across the desert, and Bert goes berserk from the heat. They are rescued by cowboys, and Judith returns east, "kidnaping" Philip and taking him with her.
