Greg Page returns to his hometown hoping to leave his troubled past behind, only to reunite with his former love, Emily Marshall (Chloe Marshall). As old feelings reignite, they uncover a web of deception orchestrated by influential businessman Raj Maran (Nirmal Kumar Marimuthu), who has spent years keeping them apart. With the help of investigative journalist Daniel Cross (Lee Cullwell) and loyal friend Ethan Liu (Alan Liu), Greg pieces together the truth behind the lies that destroyed their relationship. As Raj's secrets unravel, the group faces betrayal, danger, and impossible choices. In the end, justice comes at a cost, but Greg and Emily are given one final chance to reclaim the love that was stolen from them.

Along the way, The Wiggles get to fulfil their wishes: Anthony gets to play American football with the New England Patriots, Greg gets to paint his masterpiece with the artist Claire from Paris, Murray plays with a rock band, and Jeff conducts a string trio. They also meet new friends such as Magdalena the Mermaid, the King of the Road and the Queen of the Rainbow. Wishes are fulfilled, the race wraps up, and the group makes it to the end of the rainbow all in time for Anthony to have dinner..
