It consists of music videos interspersed with snippets from educational films, as well as exclusive footage shot by Peter Christopherson including antics by Nine Inch Nails and their tour guests: Marilyn Manson, Jim Rose Circus and David Bowie. Originally scheduled to be released on DVD in 2004, the disc appeared on internet torrent sites in 2006, including behind-the-scenes footage of the "Closer" video with commentary by Mark Romanek. Fans speculate that Reznor may have been the source of this leak.

About the band Filter's origins, as well as their tour in support of their first album Short Bus, interspersed with various interviews, performances, and music videos. The full title was originally going to be 'Filter - Phenomenology: 1,137 Days on the Short Bus', and while that title is still found on the footage itself, it is only slightly mentioned that way in the description on the back of the box. Filter have announced an upcoming livestream concert performance dubbed ‘California Screamin’‘. Set to air on June 17th, that set will find the band joined by several guests and find the band running through material not performed in over 25 years. New songs from the band’s upcoming album are also expected to be given their live debut during that set.

The film follows the marital and dating lives of three men and three women who unknowingly form a tangled web of relationships. Interspersing "man on the street" interviews with scenes from the six characters' lives, the film weaves a humorous and biting commentary on the game of love -- easy to start, hard to finish.
