Victor, a disillusioned 60-something whose marriage is on the rocks, opts to relive the week of his life when, 40 years earlier, he met his true love through a company that allows customers to return to the time period of their choosing.

Vincent Poirel, a multinational executive, has won the contract to build an Olympic stadium. The original design, however, was by young architect Simon Variot. When he discovers it, he goes to the construction site and is run over by Poirel. Simon dies, but is resurrected in the body of Poirel's son, who doesn't understand why the little boy hates him so much.

In Paris, a young American working as a Michael Jackson lookalike meets Marilyn Monroe, who invites him to her commune in Scotland, where she lives with Charlie Chaplin and her daughter, Shirley Temple.
