Dr. Dr. Dr. Jan Brauer has bred the Lorentzian butterfly. He plans to present his butterfly at the World Climate Conference in Berlin. But "Murphy" promptly escapes into the capital, triggering one catastrophe after another. Mayor Lars von Hübsch refuses to evacuate Berlin.

Ex-judge Lena Kalbach has to represent a Catholic priest, of all people, in her first appearance as a lawyer. The priest Lukas Schloss has embezzled a large sum of money and is facing a prison sentence and expulsion from the church.
