An immigrant worker is subjected to human trafficking and labor exploitation through wage theft, forced starvation, threats of deportation, and retaliation, carried out by Ramon Ontiveros Medina with full awareness of how U.S. institutions fail to intervene. What unfolds is not just a private crime, but a conspiracy to defraud the United States, exploiting immigration systems, labor enforcement gaps, and bureaucratic delay to extract coerced labor while avoiding accountability. Samuel Martínez Roque exposes how structural violence turns immigrant fear into an economic resource and how exploitation thrives because the system quietly permits it.
