Heckle and Jeckle, the talking magpies, take over a timid lion who is working as an auto mechanic in a garage, and play several mean tricks on him, as that is what they were created to do. An ill-tempered dog arrives in his autogyro (helicopter car)to have it overhauled, and H & J lock the lion in the fuselage. When the autogryist takes off, the lion burned-up lion goes with him.

Heckle and Jeckle, despite the animals falling in love all around, swear they won't. Of course, immediately after they say this, a pretty girl drops a hanky, and they fight over her. Jeckle hides in a gift box; Heckle nails Jeckle into a rocket, then mails him to Mexico. Jeckle returns with a bull. They both swear off dames, until, of course, another one walks by.

After a rainstorm ruins their picnic, Heckle & Jeckle make a wish on a wishbone that it will never rain again. Their wish only leads to a massive drought that dries up all of the water in the world. Realizing their mistake, the pair invent a makeshift helicopter and head for the clouds. They cause the clouds fight amongst themselves and rain is finally produced. The magpies return home to a hero's well-deserved- and wet- parade.

Dimwit the hound is going fishing. Heckle and Jeckle are roommates in this one, sharing a single large birdhouse. They taunt Dimwit for no particular reason, then try to steal his catch of fish.

A perverted and merciless Cat-professor takes scientific progress to his own selfish ends by perfecting an electronically-operated mouse trap. He catches and imprisons millions of little mice until the Big Red Cheese, Mighty Mouse, comes to their rescue.

Dinner Time is noted as the first sound cartoon short made after Warner Bros.' success with The Jazz Singer and produced even before Walt Disney's first sound cartoon, Steamboat Willie (though released after).

Mice, seeking shelter from a storm, enter Dr. Jekyll's house. His cat chases them, ultimately crashing into the lab, where he mixes up some of the potion. He transforms, then rounds up the mice. Mighty Mouse comes to the rescue; in the fight, the lab catches fire. The mice escape, but the house rockets into the sky.

When the old toymaker goes home, the toys in his shop come to life. Tin soldiers, a jack-in-the-box and wind-up dolls dance and cavort. A mean spider enters the shop, causing chaos which leads to a thrilling battle royale.

Heckel and Jeckel are in Mexico and selling real-hot hot-tamales at the bullfight arena. When their customers are burned up after eating the tamales, the arena manager tries to throw the talking-magpies out but, in attempting to escape the wrath of the manager, the find themselves trapped in the ring with a ferocious bull. The only recourse is to fight the bull, albeit in many unorthodox ways.

Mighty Mouse" cartoon. Cat and gang are ousted by Mighty Mouse. The mice in a big city are being ravaged by a vicious gang of cats led by notorious gang leader Kilkenny. The mice create assembled military units (tanks and planes and infantry... it's World War II, after all) to take on the cats... but they fail, and Mighty Mouse must rescue them! What? You were expecting they could win without him?

an early Aesop's Fable cartoon produced by Paul Terry and Frank Moser. The story follows honest mice fighting cat gangsters in New York City, featuring creative gags like the Statue of Liberty coming to life.

We see a house cat next to an unoccupied birdcage as he pulls a canary feather out of his mouth. Hmm, I wonder what happened? Now he hangs up a sign: 'Songbirds Wanted'.

Heckle and Jeckle, wearing pith helmets, are riding their flying carpet over Egypt. They come in for a landing near a likely pyramid, and decide to investigate.

In a little village in a far-away mythical country lives an old cobble and his dog. The old man can no longer make good shoes and they have fallen upon hard times until, one night, the dog hears noise in the workshop. He finds a band of merry elves making a beautiful pair of shoes. The cobbler believes his dog made them and spreads the news. The King hears about it and orders the cobble to have the dog make 500 pairs of shoes, as the King is as fond of shoes as a former first lady of the Philippines was. The elves come to the rescue, make the shoes, and the shoe-loving King is highly pleased and makes the old cobbler a rich man.

A group of anthropomorphic animals are having fun in the snow, and steal Farmer Al Falfa's door. After fighting with his water pump and later his hand, Al Falfa wakes up from a drunken dream and has trouble getting inside his house. The animals invite the farmer to have fun with them.

In this one, a community of mice and birds are living and playing peacefully until the arrival of the title character: a mechanical cat who wants to eat so he picks a bird to take to his castle.

In the town of Nowhere, the main street is divided by a broad green line. The mice live on one side. The cats live on the other, and never cross over the line, until an evil spirit convinces one of the cats to cross the line. Chaos ensues until Mighty Mouse arrives to defeat the evil spirit cat in a battle in the sky. The evil spirit cat crashes to the ground and burns up in a flaming pile!
