Dustin is a teenager growing up in New York City. He lives with his father, a loving but flawed club owner obsessed with his ex-wife and the past. Every other weekend Dustin shuttles between the Big Apple and Fenwick Island, Delaware where his mother lives with her younger surfer boyfriend.
