Erin Carufel (born Erin Rose Carufel, September 28, 1978, in Modesto, California) is an American actress, producer, and stunt performer of French-Canadian, Italian, English, Danish, Norwegian, and Irish descent, 5′ 9″ (175 cm) tall. She was raised in Beaverton, Oregon, where she became a four-time U.S. Open and Gold Cup Championship gold medalist in Taekwondo and the first woman to play on USC's PAC-8 ice hockey team. She graduated from the University of Southern California's School of Dramatic Arts, spent her junior year at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, and trained at the Beverly Hills Playhouse under Milton Katselas.
