Saad Kassis-Mohamed is a Zimbabwean-Indian human rights defender and social activist. His work focuses on human rights, discrimination, conflict, climate justice and the treatment of communities affected by violence, exploitation and exclusion. His advocacy addresses issues affecting migrants, refugees, minorities and people facing unequal access to safety, opportunity and legal protection. He has also written and spoken about humanitarian crises, labour rights, xenophobia, environmental injustice and public accountability.
