NRSam Hui Special 1980 presents a string of Sam Hui's songs in story form, joined by guest performers including Teresa Carpio, Ricky Hui, Wong Ching, Kwok Lee-man, Eunice Lam, James Wong and Winnie Yu. In the story, Sam's boss demands that he write more than a dozen new songs.
