NR# The Story of Rafiq, an Instagram celebrity who was making a viral video about 'What does it mean to be 21', has been arrested for the offense of receiving prohibited substances in a nightclub. As a popular college student, Rafiq has been suspended from college for a semester to restore the college's reputation and ease the situation at that time. Mansor and Lia, who are Rafiq's parents, are upset about the matter.
