Told from a child's perspective, the film explores the emotional experience of immigration and the search for love.

After surviving a livestream exploitation warehouse, Ashley is taken in by the Scissors, a covert brothel that tracks and punishes sexual predators. When she discovers Kiko is still being streamed online, Ashley returns to the warehouse with her Scissors to save her friend.
