A brief, but dramatic and dark period in the life of a young man.

A woman in her early twenties suffers from insomnia. One night out, she's assaulted, which leads to dire consequences for her.

Behind the scenes footage from 'Solitær' and 'Dan Lehwer' is combined in essayistic fashion as the director of both films bids farewell to the short film format and welcomes new opportunities.
