Young Russian policeman Max investigates a series of poisoning-related deaths. In the process, he discovers a dark-web platform growing in popularity, which gradually exposes the true depth of poverty and aggression in society.

The film follows a young man in financial trouble who accepts help from an old friend and is drawn into a situation whose logic he can no longer understand.

While his parents are away, Gregory and several friends take a car to the countryside. By morning, one of them is dead, and it is no longer clear whether the night ended in an accident or in something Gregory caused.
