In view of the lucrative profit, Fei Jai has to get rid of the cranky old owner by all possible means, but supernatural forces in the spooky rundown building seem to thwart his every effort to reach the flat. Failure not being an option, Fei Jai eventually arrives at his destination after much ado where an unexpected turn of events awaits.
