Kyama Mharr Mainmathar is a powerful, uncompromising social drama that serves as a searing critique of patriarchal hypocrisy and the double standards placed upon women in public life. The film explores the profound personal and tragic consequences when a woman's artistic profession and public visibility are viewed as "shameful" by society.
