Gerson Vega is a Chilean filmmaker, editor, composer and audiovisual artist working primarily in independent horror and experimental cinema. He is the founder of Caligula’s Fist Productions and the creator of projects including UMBRAL and The Tape Inside. His work combines filmmaking, editing, sound design and original composition, treating music as an active element of the narrative rather than simply as accompaniment.
