Ti Anh (Big Ti) and Teo Em (Little Teo) are half-brothers with contrasting personalities. The movie follows their adventures when they travel to Sa Dec township to salvage Ti Anh's love affair.

A rich man convinces his girlfriend to get an abortion which she angrily rejects. The man is later hit by vehicle; at home in recovery, he enters a delirious state where he sees every man around him getting pregnant.
