When two rival criminals fight over territory in a small town, Juan "El Supremo" teams up with a federal police officer to combat corruption and evil by implementing federal law.

The only way to bring about peace and justice south of the border is to prevent the drug lords from having all the power. The team capable of stopping them has been assembled and it is their sole mission to end this tyranny. Though success isn't easy their commander has lead them to round up the problem and there is only one way to really ensure the problem just doesn't come back; make that call to an old friend just north of the border.
