Director’s statement: “Electra is in her early 30s, living in Athens today. She is an artist, but she makes a living working as a babysitter. She is an activist and her boyfriend is a political prisoner. She feels lonely and is struggling to find her place in the world. We follow her as she meets the most important people in her life. Through these meetings, we understand better not only Electra, but also a whole generation of young people who feel stifled in this world. Capitalism, consumerism, globalization are currently being cast into doubt, so I needed to make a film that addresses all these things. What I’m interested in is showing how they affect our everyday life, our small decisions, our intimate relationships.”

This is what the 2 main heroes of the film are doing. The one is a director(Giorgos) and the other an author(Kostas) with communistic ideas, who has won a prize at a festival. They both want to make a movie for the cinema. But every idea they have never comes true, because every time they meet someone to whom they tell their idea, they change their mind, and they want to make a totally different movie, ideas varying from political cinema to Greek historical dramas and modern films with motorcycle gangs. Not a bad attempt for the Greek cinema of the early 80's, which starts to wake up from the hibernation of the 70's.

Children's series with dolls which is the television adaptation of the comic of the same name (1983) by the writer Evgenios Trivizas and the cartoonist Nikos Maroulakis. The series is about the adventures of journalist Pikos Apikos, who travels to the distant land of Fruitopia to investigate the mysterious disappearance of Manolis of Manavis. The comic was also transferred to television in 1985, by the Sofianou family, visualized with puppets and achieving great success. The series began airing on November 8,1985, on the ERT channel and now also plays on ERTFLIX. Despite the fact that the finale of Fruitopia never aired, due to cutbacks in the programming zone in which the series aired, with a total of 48 episodes, were aired several times in the following years.

A group of American students traveling in Greece find themselves accidentally involved with a new type of drug--and the gang that wants it.

Giannis is a subversive young man who rebels against any social institution or authority. Unemployed by conviction, he cohabits with his German friend Ilze, who supports him, helps his arrogant uncle , a fallen aristocrat, with his drug smuggling, and becomes friends with a Pontian Turk, Mustapha. The latter has entered Greece illegally and follows Giannis to Athens, hoping to find his Greek grandmother, who is none other than Giannis' grandmother as well. Mustapha steals the hearty of Ilze, whom he entertains with tales of his exploits, but the uncle turns them over to the police, and so they are truly in a tight squeeze. They get out of doing time, despite it all, and leave for Turkey, but they stray into Albania, where they are arrested and sentenced to manual labor.

Lakis is a rock singer who is experiencing a downturn in his career and is facing challenges with his record label, his manager, his girlfriend Barbara, and his friend Leo. The "other" Lakis is his twin brother, who is dealing with personal problems in his life in Gatzohori, his father Manthos, his girlfriend Krostallo, and his friend Kotsos. Dionysus and his slave Xanthias, with the instructions of Hercules, go down to Hades looking for a poet, who will bring his city out of the impasse in which it has reached. After the poetic struggle between Euripides and Aeschylus, Dionysus chooses the latter to save Athens and they leave Hades together.
