A young priest crusades against organized crime in his Naples neighbourhood but falls in love with a 13-year-old boy. Falchi is a melodrama set in the city of Naples, in its pulsating multi ethnic veins. The movie tells the story of two agents of the Special Squad of Naples, a police unit that investigates organized crime. Though impeccable at their work, the two cops hide strong weaknesses, shady secrets, loneliness, and overwhelming passions in their private lives.

A Police Inspector hunts him down: Nicola, supported by the boss Cantalamessa, and protected by some criminal families, moves away from Naples, leaves his wife and children and becomes one of the many fugitives forced between hiding places and constant movements.

Life in Naples is tough, so Neapolitans invent ways to get by. Whatever works, conning mostly, tricking the IRS, the university, the landlord, cruise ship passengers, even conning victims three times with the same ruse.
