In the event's final match, which was promoted as part of a double main event, Athena fought Billie Starkz for the ROH Women's World Championship. The 2024 Revolution was the fifth annual Revolution professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
