The film is a metaphor for the Cold War. It depicts two neighbouring nations: peace loving Fortuna and the not so peaceful land of the Steel City.

Vasek, 8 years old boy is desperate to find a new "father" for his mother.

Maniac, a driver, sits on the track women, which then rape and kill. For loved ones, he is an ordinary person who has a wife and child. When exposed, he does not stop before killing his wife and takes his son hostage, under the guise of which he is trying to escape abroad.

A trespassing gang of boys encounter a ghost in the ruins of a castle. When they rescue the ghost who is caught in a trapset, they become allies in a fight to prevent ruins from being turned into mushroom farm by the city authorities.

The young dude, who can't even make responsible decisions in life, doesn't get along with the group of experienced workers where he started working for a long time. He resents being ridiculed for his not-so-hilarious tattoo, which he passes off as an eagle, but the people around him consider them to be chickens... However, the creators stress that everyone must mature and accept responsibility for their behaviour. However, the exhortative and executionally clumsy work-themed story relies on pre-approved schemes, unable to assert its own idiosyncratic perspective.

Second part of the trilogy. Vasek is expected to go to Bulgaria for a holiday with his parents during the summer vacation, but the boy finds the prospect of spending the summer with his gamekeeper grandfather far more tempting than the seaside. On the last day of school Vasek picks up his final report, but after that he takes his already packed bag and sets off for the Bohemian Forest without telling his parents. The grandfather is happy to have his grandson at his side again. In the evening, he gets a phone call from Vasek's mother. The trip to Bulgaria has been postponed and Vasek can stay with his grandfather for the time being.

Adventures of the "How to Rip Whale Tooth" (1977) heroes continue... The story takes place in the countryside, where little Vashko's dad takes him and his mother, and where another surprise awaits them: not only an excellent holiday in the setting of a rock town, but also the figure of a grandfather, understanding all the dangerous beliefs in the turbulent surface of the renewed relationship of the three closest people. Vasek's other wish comes true - his dad teaches him the secrets of rock climbing. This shared passion, however, causes further conflicts between the two parents - much to the chagrin of both Vasek and his grandfather.

The psychological story of a young top athlete - hockey player, showing the downside of the all-round care that top athletes enjoy. On the one hand, there are the exceptionally favourable living conditions, but on the other, human envy, the fickleness of the public's favour, gossip, bribery and other vices that can negatively affect a less solid character...

Tomorrow is Alice's sixteenth birthday and her classmate Aleš, in the words of his grandmother, "preluded on the wall". On the fence opposite the family home, the words "I love you!" suddenly appeared. The inhabitants of the house begin to search for its originator. Is Alice the only one to whom the inscription could belong? What if little Popeye was practicing his handwriting? Or could it be Dad's confession to Mom? What about the uncle who only has eyes for the lady next door? It's not only the young who are foolish. All in the same house and everyone is suspicious... Who wrote those two beautiful words and to whom?

This comedy is about one average family. The father works as master in the factory and his son is studying on high school. One day father must start to visit the evening school. It's the same school as his son visiting. The lives both students are connecting together. The son must teach the math and physics his own father. The father getting to know, that the life of the students is not simple as he supposed.

A twelve-year-old is looking for his biological parents after discovering the fact that he was adopted.

The Mráz family is preparing for holidays. Parents are traveling to the spa and little Petr is going to the country to his grandparents. In addition, to the chaotic preparations, mother's friend is bringing a dog Blek. She wants Petr to look after it. Grandfather welcomes Petr and the dog with pleasure because he needs the ally against strict grandmother. Grandfather is not very skillful and thus grandmother often experiences troubles with his ideas.

In the spring of 1945, the last war clashes took place on the Czech-Moravian border. However, amidst the heavy gunfire, colourful boyhood adventures also take place. The main characters, however, are oblivious to the dangers lurking around them and bravely enter situations in which even adults would hesitate.

Lada is a little boy who likes to read fiction and has a great imagination. He figures out that his sister Eva's boyfriend is a vampire, and so he and his brother put him through various tests that, in effect, cause Eva and her boyfriend to break up for real.

Mrs Rokos is a grandmother in her age, lives with her son's family and feels useless, that no one needs her. Therefore, she decides to move from Prague to the countryside with her friend Tuzar...

A romantic story about Jakub, a student in the summer camp, and his teacher Klara.

Third part of the trilogy. Vaska again is visiting his grandfather living in Bohemian Forest and understands the importance of guarding nature.

A New Year's Eve television variety show from late 1979.

The gamekeeper Straka lives by himself in the Bohemian forest hill. He has quarreled with his only son. He cannot come to terms with the fact that his son has abandoned his beloved forests and settled in a town. He has never even met his grandson Vasek. Following an illness, however, little Vasek needs some country air, and so one day his mother Jarmila delivers him to her father-in-law's cottage. At first Straka is angry, but Vasek is an unaffected lad and throws himself with verve into all the little adventures that the forest provides.
