This self-assured debut from Sonja Tarokić about the individual's struggle within the system and the sheer effort required to preserve one’s integrity, also presents a complex study of an institution whose employees have taken on one of the most responsible roles an adult can have – to educate future generations.

Paulina P. is back, once again facing the challenges of growing up, such as overly strict adults and middle school bullies. However, something even worse will enter her life after she learns about her grandmother's fatal condition.

The film was based on the personal experience of the director, who also plays the leading role.

The only way she can learn how to skate and have a chance to win the contest is if she befriends the gang of skater girls from her school. Adela starts navigating between the two different cultures, where she finds herself caught between two very different models of femininity.
