The Wuthering Heights singer gives a rare interview in 1989, in which she talks about her album The Sensual World and the influence of Alfred Hitchcock on her music videos.

A singer struggles to dance well in rehearsal with her band. A power outage leaves her alone in the studio, reviewing her life, when a mysterious woman appears through the mirror and gives her a pair of Red Shoes. The cursed shoes dance beautifully, but endlessly. The singer is drawn irresistibly into the fey world beyond the mirror, where she must redeem three magic symbols from the mysterious woman in order to obtain release from the cursed shoes.

Les Dogs are the band playing in a large marquee to celebrate the wedding of Geoffrey and Angela. During the reception, the fathers of the groom and bride exchange insults and a gun battle ensues in which many guests - and Les Dogs - are casualties though the happy couple escape. Victor, who has wandered in on the scene, is asked to take wedding photographs and has a series of dreamlike fantasies all based around his infatuation with Angela.

A documentary from about Kate Bush's live tour in 1979. Two versions of the documentary were produced: one with a German voice-over during the interviews with Kate Bush, broadcast on 17 May 1980 by German broadcaster SWF3. A version with Dutch subtitles was shown on Dutch television on 8 March 1981 by Dutch broadcaster VARA. The live performances in this film were shot in Hamburg (Germany) on 28 April 1979, and Mannheim (Germany) on 8 May 1979. The following songs are shown in this documentary: Room For The Life, Strange Phenomena, Violin, In The Warm Room (in part), Hammer Horror (in part), Kite, and Wuthering Heights. Kate is also interviewed in between the songs, as well as a rare television appearance of both her parents.

In April 1986, inspired by the previous summer's bombastic Live Aid event and the success of Amnesty's first four Secret Policeman's Ball shows, the UK's alternative comedy scene (and a few of the old guard) put on a fund-raising comedy revue at The Shaftesbury Theatre, London. The show's took place on 4-6 April, a recording was broadcast by the BBC on 25 April.

A feat that fully matches its title, an alphabetical trawl through both the history of British music and Russell's own likes and dislikes, the latter summed up by a scene in which he takes a phone call and listens for a bit before concluding that 'it's either an obscene call or the beginning of Michael Tippett's Fourth Symphony.' Gleefully exploiting an already contrived format, Russell uses alphabetical coincidence as an excuse to throw wildly disparate material together: Elgar is fused with Elton John, Holst with Heavy Metal and Punk with Purcell.

The Whole Story is the first compilation album by English singer Kate Bush, it was Kate's third UK number one album. Released by EMI Records on 10 November 1986. The album included 10 hit singles, plus a "new vocal" version of debut hit Wuthering Heights and one new track, Experiment IV. The compilation was released on VHS video and Laserdisc, containing the videos for all the tracks, plus one bonus video: The Big Sky.

Groundbreaking and visionary, this is archival documentation of Kate Bush’s one and only tour. Originally known as the “Kate Bush Tour” as well as the “Lionheart Tour”, it later became known under the moniker “The Tour of Life”. The only official video release from the '79 tour was an abridged 12-song set titled “Live at Hammersmith Odeon” in 1981. In 1994, "Live at Hammersmith Odeon" was released as a VHS box set that contained a CD of the performance. This footage presents the tour performance from beginning to end and consists of all three acts as well as encores and backstage warm-ups. The audio is from the soundboard recording of the concert.

On 12 May 1978, Kate made her debut on Dutch television in a program that has gotten to be known as “De Efteling Special”. The amusement park De Efteling served as a backdrop for six songs of The Kick Inside: Moving, Wuthering Heights, Them Heavy People, Strange Phenomena, The Man With The Child In His Eyes, and The Kick Inside. On 10 May 1978, the Efteling was ready to open the Haunted Castle, the most expensive attraction it had ever constructed (designed by Ton van der Ven), and they wanted to promote it. In April a documentary featuring the Haunted Castle was made by filmmaker Rien van Wijk, who was eager to shoot in the latest attraction before it officially opened. Kate, who just had a big hit with Wuthering Heights, was approached for a television special that would promote both Efteling and her songs. This is the original broadcast of May 12, 1978. The original 16mm film is lost; this is a copy of the uMatic version that is the only version left.
