"Tasveeran," meaning pictures in Punjabi, is a short film that attempts to capture vivid snapshots of Punjabi society. Through its narrative, the film explores how deeply rooted social institutions and silent hierarchies subtly influence lives—ultimately leading to the quiet separation of a couple. It is a reflection on the unspoken forces that shape relationships and community dynamics.
