Two teenagers from opposite sides of town, with very little in common except for their passion for music meet in 1970's Rio de Janeiro, at the height of the military dictatorship _ and of Brazil's booming underground rock scene.

After being exiled for 26 years, Tieta returns to her native village in Bahia, bringing chaos and upheaving the local order.

The day a man almost runs-over a puppy, he meets the love of his life. The couple and their dog live the dream, until she wants out.
