An attorney from Yokohama is found murdered at Lake Toya in Hokkaido. Uematsu (Noi Yasuo), of the Hokkaido police goes to Yokohama in search of Konno Shizuka (Watanabe Azusa), a woman who may know something about the case. He tries to take her in to the station for questioning. Muta (Kobayashi Keiju) happens to be there as well. Muta learns that Konno has a debt with a moneylender in Hokkaido.

Tamotsu Iwaki (Masaya Kato), also known as "The Dandruff Cancer," was admitted to a juvenile training school in the summer when he was 18 years old after being hit with dirt on his car. At first he is at odds with Ginji (Shinobu Sakagami) and others, but eventually a friendship develops between them. One day, Gan escapes, falls in love with a beautiful girl, Kanako, whom he met at his friends' apartment, and attacks her in an elevator, but is captured again. After being discharged from the hospital, Gan meets Kanako again, and although they are repulsed by each other, they become attracted to each other.

Takeshi Hashimoto, on the brink of turning 30, struggles with insomnia. He finds himself repeatedly dreaming the same dream. Despite seeming to have a successful career and personal life, Takeshi feels stifled and stuck in his current existence. When his close friend and colleague, Saeki, offers him some advice, Takeshi decides to try changing his approach to life. This new interpretation focuses on a woman who played a minor role in the original version, and features a bold performance from former pin-up model Fujikawa Nozomi. Yohee (Yasuda Shingo), son and heir of the store Kawachiya, runs up huge debts due to his obsession with the prostitute Okiku (Fujikawa). Told by her husband Chizaemon, Okichi (Yamada Kinuwo) goes to condemn Yohee. On her way back home, Okiku laughs and mocks her, which Okichi finds sexually exciting.

"Heavenly Warrior Fantasy Legend" is a promotional video produced and released in the late 1980s at the Takeshima Fantasy Museum in Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture, to commemorate the museum's 30th anniversary. It is believed to be a work from the late 1980s to the early 1990s, but the exact production year is unknown, although there are records indicating it was sold at the museum in 1987. Set in Gamagori City, the story features a heavenly warrior, played by Shinobu Sakagami, struggling in the human world. It also served as a promotional video for the Takeshima Fantasy Museum, a tourist attraction at the time. Production Background: Produced by the former management of the Fantasy Museum amidst the economic downturn following the collapse of the bubble economy, it was created to promote the museum's 30th anniversary.
