In 1912, the Titanic embarks on its inevitable collision course with history. Police almost immediately arrest the mother Ingrid who is the mistress of the father, a rich business VIP married to another woman. His position and wealth keep him insulated from suspicion. A hot-shot lawyer has to overcome the unaccountably biased perceptions of the police, the judge, the prosecutor and almost everyone else in the judicial system. The defence lawyer, driven to an extreme, knows he has to find the real killer or his client will be convicted.

The town leaders of an Austrian mountain village conspire to attract tourists by touting a mythical "fountain of love" that runs nearby the village. When the minister of tourism discovers this, she immediately sends her agents to check out the veracity of the potentially scandalous water. After the village mayor declares a 3-day ban on sexual activity, he then plugs up the fountain. When the agents come, they find nothing. One of the agents wants to have his boss come and check it out personally, but changes his mind after he drinks some of the water. It really is an aphrodisiac! Soon tourists are arriving by the hundreds to sample the mysterious water. Unfortunately, the minister finds out and claims the water for the state.

Father Brown starts solving crimes, much to the annoyance of his housekeeper, the police and especially his bishop, who is not amused by a priest playing detective.

Lolfo, who was unconditionally devoted to her, pursued Ferdinand and killed him. Lolfo commits suicide.

Following a series of murders, it turns out that a notorious criminal believed to be dead is seeking revenge for his sister’s murder. Although the motive is obvious, the phantom cannot be apprehended because no one knows his identity. In desperation, one of the most experienced detectives is brought out of retirement.
