Floggers: a passing fad or a new culture that will endure? Another strategy to induce teenagers to consume excessively? These questions are unraveled in this documentary by the protagonists of the phenomenon: shopkeepers, hairdressers, teachers, and, of course, the floggers themselves.

A submissive and somewhat foolish journalist grows tired of the abuse from his boss, the director of the news program where he works. Seeking revenge, he forms The Green Guerrilla, which will spread the fear their attacks provoke throughout the country.
