Anand is a photographer who befriends a shy Annalakshmi. The conservative-looking girl eventually falls in love with him but his true intentions are revealed when he opts for an arranged marriage.

This surreal Tamil entry tells the story of Rudran, who is abandoned as a child in Kasi and grows up to be a mystic who indulges in strange rituals and believes that he has power over life, death and rebirth.

Azhagarsami loses his only source of livelihood, a horse. At the same time, during the Thiruvizha festival, the horse meant to carry the temple deity also goes missing.

Vallarasu and Chinnasamy are close friends and even their families are closely knitted. However, after a series of unfortunate events, they become arch enemies.
