Sumi and Surni are sisters trapped in the cruel world of Mbah Sanu, a wealthy village chief and gambling addict. Sumi is Mbah Sanu’s new wife. Mbah Sanu will stop at nothing to satisfy his gambling cravings, including using a talisman to ensure victory. One day, Mbah Sanu is challenged to a gambling match by Sugeng, a champion from the neighboring village. To make a long story short, Sugeng manages to defeat Mbah Sanu by swapping his lucky charm.
